Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive within 2 to 3 days of leaving our warehouse.
All orders ship in discreet and odorless packaging via USPS mail.
Once your order has been packed and the shipping label printed, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.
If your order has taken longer than expected, please reach out to our customer service at high@enjoyreleaf.com We'll be happy to make things right by either refunding your shipping, canceling your order, or providing a discount on a future order for your inconvenience.
DISCREET PACKAGING
All orders are packed and shipped in discreet plain boxes or bubble mailers. There are no discernible markings/logos/words to identify the contents of your package.
DAMAGED ITEM(S):
Releaf meticulously packs every package with great care to ensure your products arrive the way they left our warehouse – intact! That being said, sometimes accidents are unavoidable. In the highly unlikely event your item(s) arrive damaged, please take several photos of the damaged item, box, and packing materials, and send them to high@enjoyreleaf.com. Our customer service team will take great care of you.
REFUND POLICY:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
